I remember this place when I was visiting Manchester in 2006. Mr Steve was a nicest man in whole Manchester. He helped me and my friends to survive in this big city during our summer trip to England (we've just finished high school and we were looking for a job during summer). The property I stayed in was managed by Martin & Co. The team there are absolutely amazing, very understanding and communicative while also adhering to the laws and policies surrounding tenancies. The only flaw we had was that we reported a large job several times but did it was not actioned until the last week of the tenancy. Other than that, I’d 100% recommend them again
